1. The administrator provides services in accordance with the Regulations using cookie files (otherwise: cookies) intended for the use of the Arka-mk.pl platform.

6. The Administrator uses or will use the web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (next: Google) – Google Analytics. This website collects cookie files that are information about website viewing and user’s system profile (including its IP address). This information is passed to Google and stored by it on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, creating site traffic reports for website operators, and providing other services related to website traffic and Internet usage. Users’ IP addresses are not combined with any other data held by Google. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if legally required or if third parties process this information on behalf of Google. Google will not link your IP address to any other data stored by Google. You can block the use of cookies. By choosing the appropriate settings in your web browser, you can block the use of cookies, which can make it difficult to use all functions of Arka-mk.pl. By using Arka-mk.pl, you agree to the processing of your personal data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
